Booking Confirmation
All cab bookings are subject to availability and fare confirmation at the time of booking. The final fare, vehicle type, and trip duration are confirmed during booking and may vary based on route, traffic, and other factors. We recommend confirming all details before the trip.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information during booking, comply with applicable laws, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused by the user during the trip may result in additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
Aryan Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fare amount paid for the specific booking in question.
