Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp. The refund amount, if any, depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific booking arrangement. Please contact us to discuss cancellation for your specific booking.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refund eligibility and amount vary based on the booking type and cancellation notice period.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are not eligible for a refund.
